We do not make use of prison labor, indentured servitude / trafficking or restrict freedom of movement in any way. Amenity360 clearly communicates the expectations of labor standards to vendors, suppliers, and third parties contracted to produce/manufacture finished products or raw material for the brand.


AMENITY360 ENGAGES IN VERIFICATION OF PRODUCT SUPPLY CHAINS TO EVALUATE AND ADDRESS RISKS OF HUMAN TRAFFICKING AND SLAVERY.

Amenity360 distributes a &quote Corporate Responsibility & quote; manual to ensure the expectations of labor standards are clearly communicated and implemented by all vendors, suppliers, and third parties contracted to produce/manufacture finished products for the brand. Updates are sent quarterly with notices of any changes to labor regulations, workplace standards, safety and/or environmental practices, to all contracted vendors.


AMENITY360 CONDUCTS AUDITS OF SUPPLIERS TO EVALUATE SUPPLIER COMPLIANCE WITH COMPANY STANDARDS FOR TRAFFICKING AND SLAVERY IN SUPPLY CHAINS. 

Amenity360 conducts annual audits of contracted vendors to verify/document performance and compliance with laws addressing employment of underage workers and forced labor of any kind,

including the use of prison labor as well as indentured servitude/trafficking.


AMENITY360 REQUIRES DIRECT SUPPLIERS TO CERTIFY THAT MATERIALS INCORPORATED INTO THE PRODUCT COMPLY WITH THE LAWS REGARDING SLAVERY AND HUMAN TRAFFICKING OF THE COUNTRY OR COUNTRIES IN WHICH THEY ARE DOING BUSINESS. 

Amenity360 has annual tracking verification efforts and receives compliance status reports summarizing the individual compliance from all contracted vendors in regards to Prop 65 and/or any globally recognized labor standards, including the use of prison labor, indentured servitude/trafficking or conditions that may restrict freedom of movement in any way.


AMENITY360 MAINTAINS INTERNAL ACCOUNTABILITY STANDARDS AND PROCEDURES FOR EMPLOYEES OR CONTRACTORS FAILING TO MEET COMPANY STANDARDS REGARDING SLAVERY AND TRAFFICKING. 

Amenity360 has a zero-tolerance policy for the employment of underage workers and forced labor of any kind, including the use of prison labor, indentured servitude/trafficking and zero tolerance for the

restriction of free movement.  Amenity360 will cease business operations with any contracted supplier found in violation of Prop 65 and/or any globally recognized labor standards.


AMENITY360 PROVIDES COMPANY EMPLOYEES AND MANAGERS, WHO HAVE DIRECT RESPONSIBILITY FOR SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT, TRAINING ON HUMAN TRAFFICKING AND SLAVERY, PARTICULARLY WITH RESPECT TO MITIGATING RISKS WITHIN THE SUPPLY CHAINS OF PRODUCTS. 

Amenity360 continuously communicates specific instruction regarding the prevention of forced labor and human trafficking and sends notices of any changes to labor regulations, workplace standards, safety and/or environmental practices to all contracted vendors. Amenity360 is currently in the process of working with contracted vendors to set-up workshops focused on training in aspects such as forced labor, including the use of prison labor, indentured servitude/trafficking with respect to zero-tolerance policy issued by the brand.
